Recently I have done research and come to find pituitary tumors are very common. I suspect I have a pituitary or some type of toumor and have an MRI scheduled next week. I beleive your experience with sypmtoms and what lead you to discover your condition will help others improve their lifes considering I have spent 15 years equal to half my life doing everything I can including all the extremely beneficial imformation you provide only to find it is very possible a brain/pituitary tumor is my situation.   4. Great to see you back bro! A little off topic but it would great to hear you're take on the use of cbd oil supplementation. I'm sure you're well aware of it's numerous health benefits. I've heard that a lot of bodybuilders and sports people are now using it for faster recover, pain management etc. My only concern is the link between the use of cbd oil and the supposed lowering effect it has on Test levels….is this accurate? Is there a correlation?

  5. Please explain carbs. I need to know what carbs are healthy and what carbs are unhealthy. I’ve looked into the bulletproof diet that’s supposed to optimize brain performance and from what I’ve read they only recommend white rice. They could have recommended other carbs but I guess I haven’t read enough about their advice. I trust your advice because you cite studies and have sound logic. Thanks Chris!
