The vitamin e acetate nonsense is a non issue. Vaping should be 18+, it's just a healthier (not healthy) tobacco alternative. Vitamin e acetate was only found in thc vape carts, which can only be attributed to 2 factors. Foreign supplied drugs which can be cut off by legalizing cannabis so the unregulated black market won't have a desperate consumer base. The other is a bit of a conspiracy, could be a story there if you can get the right research. This fiasco shares several similarities to high levels of methanol in alcohol leading people to go blind during prohibition. Turned out back then it was three letter federal agencies attempting to scare citizens out of bootlegging.
