IF WEED IS LEGALIZED THEN LOT OF PEOPLE WILL LOSE THEIR LIFE ON THE ACCIDENT.EVEN ALCOHOL SHOULD BE BANNED IN NEPAL

The point in the video is if we legalise marijuana we might have a possible drop in crime rate, rate of Commit suicide may decline and other social welfare problems in a society will self-adjust. Also his outlook on narcotics substances is pretty accurate as well. The HIV is transmitted through sharing needles and using too much drugs can lead to death. Marijuana cannot lead to death. Its impossible to overdose on marijuana.
