I Test CBD for Muscle Recovery FITNESS OUTRAGEOUS!
I wanted to test if CBD for workout recovery really works. I got some 10mg Calm CBD gummies. And then took lots. After a heavy leg workout. Is CBD muscle …
Still concerned I didn't try it long enough or maybe I should just down the whole bottle in one sitting
CBD=SCAM…….
You'll be FINE just make sure you get the proper protein, vitamins, minerals, and a good dose of sleep as well. Well you know….. Get jiggity with it Pal-y!!! Its helps me out a lot too but, I like the psychoactive effect it makes me feel more normal if that makes sense, lol, imo. Thats just me though. 😉
Have you tried supplements for recovery? And do you use pre workout supplements? Please do a supplements video
Yes we would love a video about intermittent fasting! 👌🏼👌🏼
Tiger Balm is awesome, that is the Trini go to pain solution, don't smell it though and don't have to go anywhere soon after you apply.
h good luck with the tiger balm, that shit is awesome!
I would absolutely love to hear about your fasting techniques, as well ass how you intermittent fasting makes you feel. I love your videos, they make me feel so good about myself. <3
Please do a fasting video. Also, I use that tiger balm all the time. sometimes I get headaches from a tight neck that I can't kick and the tiger balm helps in like an hour.
It just makes my blood pressure so low I turn into a Cobb salad. Not really my thing. I prefer to be a spicy burrito.
Ehh try cream
You being afraid of CBD is really cute. love you Ali ! ❤
Please do a video on intermittent fasting! I intermittent fasts a couple times a weeks and I am I want to know how you go about it. You are my role model!
Huge fan of intermittent fasting and have been doing it on and off for a year or more. Also I'm just as leery of CBD products as you are due to not so pleasant experiences with similar substances. Funny that you felt nothings haha
I have a CBD salve that is basically tiger balm with CBD and I absolutely love the stuff. It helps a lot with my low back pain.
Ali I found you because of the fat chihuahua and stayed for the outrageous fitness! Love this channel!
I would LOVE if you did an intermittent fasting video! I searched your other channel for it yesterday but couldn't find it and was gutted. Messaged you on patreon about your videos 🙂 Great video! Very curious about the cream too! Xx
From working on a hemp farm all year, the gummies never did too much for the pain or whatnot, but the salves were always the best. The hard thing is know the actual dosage, and the medium it was broken down in. If it's a full spectrum distillate, all the yeses. If it's just hemp seed oil its not gonna do much. Store bought is hard to trust brand by brand with it being federally legal, anywhere can sell it, they dont have to know anything about it, I always promote reaching out to the farmers or processors directly. Again for the soreness, salves in particular are great. Especially with extra oils in them, my boss makes one with clary sage, peppermint, and cbd distillate and when trudging through the mud hauling plants and whatnot the salve was a life saver. Even if you've got lady cramps rub a little across your waistline and it helps tremendously. Topical all the way.
You need to try topical version of Sodium Bicarbonate.
Ecto cooler… Way to age yourself! 😂 😉 BTW they were delicious.
In order to see what it does.. Feed to children
You should definitely try the CBD cream/sav, I've found that to help quite a lot especially with muscle soreness after a workout!
I take CBD for my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and have seen an improvement with my knee pain
Love..ali
Fasting Rules! Sweet progress! I love tiger balm but only for the smell. Only thing I find that helps is heat/cold, stretching and massaging. I've had multiple back surgeries, arthritis, 4 discs that are herniated, nerve pain in my arms and legs etc etc. I have tried everything for pain, Morphine works great but I save that for in hospital after surgeries, I was on THC and CBD for 2 years after my last surgery and while it helped with pain I became an observer in my own life. Now I just feel the pain instead, it gets easier over time.
