  5. I just wanted to let you know Micheal that in the short couple of months I have been listening to your videos you have literally saved my life and I am truly grateful to you for what you do.
    I went from having constant anxiety, OCD and depression to in this short time it being drastically reduced. As my internal world is starting to change so is my external world. Words cannot express my gratitude.
    For anybody reading this with a mind that is completely dysfunctional and perhaps even frightening please give this a go you won't regret it. I was sceptical at first like how can this work? But I was desperate and I needed relief and I hate taking meds, doctors here in the UK don't care and the waiting lists for therapy are sometimes a year long wait. For me this has been my lifeline.

I tried this last night & it worked so well that it freaked me out a little. When you counted back from 5, my body took over my breathing for me automatically when you hit one, which I know doesn't sound weird but it made me realize the hypnosis worked. I thought it was only 15-20 mins long at the end & couldn't believe it was an hour! Can't wait to get home & do it again.
