How would legalizing marijuana impact real estate prices in Arizona?
As Arizona considers legalizing recreational marijuana in 2020 we wondered how it would impact real estate prices in the state. Here’s what on realtor thinks.
Ok…… true. But don't always trust real estate agents. They are always looking out for themselves.
It's a cash crop. Maybe now teachers will be able to get top wages and the disabled and elderly can have better, more comprehensive services.
Colorado has been benefiting from the increased state budget surplus. Arizona can also.
Expand Headstart. Build affordable housing.
Provide more beds for in-patient services for those dealing with Addiction, Mental Health or Dual-Diagnosed issues. Provide outpatient, half-way houses and day centers so the jails aren't default mental wards.
Reduce cost/tuition of higher education and put money into Community Colleges for scholarships.
More funding for bridges, roads and expand commuter rail. … … …
