  5. Did you have to do Mel's mix for the square foot beds? I ask because I would like to use the square foot plant spacings but can't afford the mix and don't know if it will work without it. I would like to use beds that I have but they are filled with compost. I would appreciate any advice. Stay safe 😘😊🤗

  6. Hi Terry never grown from pips but don't see why they won't grow , when we had a garden is grow some there just to pencil size for stir frys , miles elephant garlic and Williams red Russia garlic are looking perfect . STAY safe all best Bill and Val

  8. I love this time of year. But I don't I'm waiting on my leeks to grow a little more to plant out. But they seem to be taking ages lol. My first lot of peas grew lovely the second lot failed, don't know why planted them the same just different compost. Stay safe
