  6. Great angel statue and all of your beautiful caladiums love the variety. We had a few caladiums previous years and then I think they must have written because I dont see them come back now!😪 I am motivated to try again. Thanks for sharing!

  7. Please note that depending on the type of caladiums, size of the bulbs and conditions that you are keeping your tubers can determine its growth rate. My tubers were very small and I believe is the reason why it took them so long to grow. Larger more mature bulbs will have more growth and more energy to work with and will normally grow a lot more vigorously, thereby cutting the growth time in half. Also note that with caladiums if kept and grown outdoors there will be a dormancy period when all of the leaves die back and the plant will go to sleep for the winter. The plant will wake up during the spring and will begin its beautiful growing adventure yet again.

  8. WOW!!! Really pretty caladiums! Lovely collection! i've always wanted to collect caladiums but i couldn't seem to pinpoint what they really want… i couldnt get them to have more than 3 leaves, most of the time older leaves die before a new baby sprouts, or sometimes no leaves at all and have to wait for few more weeks for a new leaf.

  9. That has already created a beautiful display & that will be even more beautiful later on this summer. Thank you for sharing. Enjoy your paradise.😊

  10. What a Beautiful Tribute to Legacy ! Back in late 70's I owned a Commercial Greenhouse. Mostly grew plants for the Florist Trade. Caladiums were so Easy & colorful, they sold out each season. (B4 the BigBox stores came along) You _MUST add "Frog in the Blender" Caladium to your collection… just because of it's name. ha

  11. Did a caladium space earlier this spring. My Grandmother's favorite garden plant. I never met her but my mom told me about her garden favs. She said I am like her in her son.

  12. Caladiums are very cool. Love that red color. Fun to hear about the differences with starting them from tubers. Very nice tribute area too!
