We the people (remember us?) want it legalized. It's ridiculous that in a town of just over 1000 people we have a grocery store a CVS, two Dollar Generals and at least two gas stations that sell alcohol and that's not including the bars and the liquor store. It's insane that I can legally buy enough booze to poison myself and half the town but I can't legally smoke a little weed in the privacy of my own home.
Whoa whoa whoa. This state has a huge meth and heroin problem and they wanna force my local prosecutor to prosecute cases with MY tax money that aren't public safety issues?! Absolutely not.
It's obvious what the majority wants.legalize this god given plant already.
