What is the serving size for an adult dog weighing around 5 pounds?
Best to feed chicken broth. Cook a whole organic chicken in a slow cooker overnight. Strip off the meat. Cook the carcass for another 12 hours until the bones are soft and can be mashed. Allow to cool. You can remove the fat if you wish. Feed the meat with half a cup of broth with boiled brown rice, broccolli, squash and add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric. The goodness from the bones and soft tissues helps the body repair and it's great for humans too. I would never put my dogs back on commercially made dog food.
Cooked food should only be left in the fridge maximum 3 days. A week is not good especially for a dog with pancreatitis. Food looks good though
What about vitamins? Does this have all the vitamins the dog needs?

Ignorant! The poor dog. Put it on a raw meaty bone diet. See the Work Wonders YT channel. You're slowly killing your poor dog the way you're feeding it! Very sad. Dogs should not be eating cooked food. They should be offered raw meat on the raw bone. The diet truly works wonders.
