  1. It is like you make these sessions for each person as an individual. Each one feels like it is just for me and I know 800000 people have watched it and probably feel the same way. Thanks Adriene

  2. Thank you so much for your videos, in the morning I tend to wake up with a vague feeling of anxiety in my stomach but I turn to your videos and every time I feel so much better and relieved. You always inspire me to do what's best for me for that day (and therefore, my life) <3 Sending you love

  3. Whenever my partner is around while I'm doing Yoga with Adriene, he always says "oh, you've won" when he hears the ending music; and each time I smiled not giving it much thought, but only today I realised that I truly win every time I finish the practice – I win in my heart, I win with my body and with my mind. What do I want to return to? My inner strength. Thank you Adriene! Bring it on!

  4. oh my goodness i cried during that last childs pose. i dont know what came over me but i felt so present with myself, thank you adriene <3

  5. This was an AMAZING season. This is my second time through this series. I'm writing down all of your nuggets of wisdom in my journal. Even though I've done this session before, I now know my hearts desire to return to the carefree happy attitude, full of peace and strength (physically and mentally). Thank you for your wisdom and encouragement. It's like we are good friends. Hugs.

  6. I want to say this was my favorite day so far but honestly I think I will say that again tomorrow and the next day haha. This was amazing though, thank you love, you inspire me! 🙂

  7. I think today was my favorite day so far!! I just loved it and it didn't feel like 27 minutes at all. It went by so fast. I'm so glad I started this journey. Thank you, seriously 🙂

  8. Today was one of my worst days ever 😢.. Then when I back home I remembered that's I didn't have my yoga class with Adriene❤…and when I just did I return to my good mood ❤ my inner peace ♡ I am so grateful to you to become a part of my day ❤ everyday 💙 Nameste day 😍

  9. I cannot do downward dog, I seem fine with everything just not downward dog. I’ve tried having my hands wider, bending my knees, adjusting my feet but I feel like I’m being pushed forward and can’t keep my arms and spine in a line. Could it be because I have very tight hamstring or is there any way I can adjust it to enjoy it more?

  10. The first time we ever did childpose I was crying because it hurt and it was so hard for me. Today it was extremely comfortable and I barely felt the stretch. A little progress everyday becomes big results.

  11. Without a doubt, this has been the most painful practice. I'm going to need arncil later! Not a single moment of physical softness, but the extended child's pose was very welcome. Is there a practice for people who have been sitting for 20 years??

  12. Am I doing something wrong? Am I the only person who always has my legs fall asleep when we do things like the easy pose and pigeon where we’re folding our legs? Am I missing something? Love the practice though! This just always happens to me for some reason!

  13. "THREE TIMES A LAAADYYY~~" cracks me up every time!
Thanks for always keeping your yoga practice silly and insightful 🙂

  14. Question about breathing: Is there a general rule about when to breathe in and when to breath out? Like, Breathe out for new movements and contracting muscles?
