  1. Human biology, you find that all forms of sugars are bad for you. Yes, even fruits and vegetables. You think about it, how does the earth gather toxins and carcinogens from the environment? Through photosynthesis right? In many fruits and vegetables what are those toxins and carcinogens converted into? SUGAR! When you do a ketogenic diet. After your body has eaten all the cholesterol from your body and begins to run on fats. Your body enters a ketogenic state and begins to produce glycogen which turn into ketones. The ketones then oxidize into lactic acid and acetone. Which will literally repair anything that is wrong with your body. It will also cause autophagy and apoptosis or the cannibalism and suicide of damaged cells. What are damaged cells? CANCER CELLS! When in ketosis your body has 4x more energy to purge damaged cells and replace them.
On the other hand a vegetarian diet wont be able to kill cancer cells because what is cancers favorite food? Sugar! Though you are still able to purge some damaged cells. Your body just doesn’t have the energy to replace them. Think of it like; using glucose for energy is equivalent to us using fossil fuels. Using ketones is equivalent to us using sustainable solar energy. But the most important part, this diet combined with high intensity workouts will cause your body to birth stem cells. Those stem cells will fix any neurological problems and will cause neural pathways to open up. Also it is very important that you take all essential vitamins when doing this diet because you are no longer consuming the vitamins from fruits and stuff. Well anyways do more research for yourself, find out the truth! Oh and make sure to use Ketone strips

  2. All about eating all natural foods, no processed, only what comes from the earth in its natural state. Do that, keep the carbs to a minimum and primarily favor greens, occasional fruit, plenty of water and meats. I think dairy is a no no.. no milk either.

  3. I'm fascinated by the low to no carb approach but I'm a bit confused by it and not sure if it'd be congruent with my goals. I have a pretty lean & lanky but relatively muscular and athletic frame 6'3, 165. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder or anything but part of my fitness goals are trying to put on a bit of size and muscle mass. But I still run and do cardio and explosive movement type workouts. I workout relatively intensely about 45 minutes to an hour 5 or 6 days a week in the morning. Would low-carb work for me? It seems that low carb is for people trying to lose weight or burn fat – this is not and has never been a goal of mine. I'm trying to see what benefit low carb would do me.

  4. While I'm sure bitter is athlete… he sure doesn't sound like he knows much about his diet…. he just follows his nutrientiest… and tries to explain his experience…. i didn't really gain much information from this conversation

  6. Bro I'm a week in of 30 carbs per day, 5-10% and my performance is weak as hell. After a 5 hour shift of heavy lifting at work I'm nauseous until I sleep it off for the night. When will I feel like a champ again?

  7. Yeah…Some carb-burners LOOK like they’re doing “just fine”. They usually longtime athletes with decent enough genetics. Age plays a big role. Most ppl aren’t athletes tho. Plus looks are deceiving. You’ve no idea what their arteries look like for example, or whether they’re pre-diabetic, etc.

  8. Ive been doing keto for 3 months and i like it. Ive always had a ridiculously fast metabolism and i always work out so i do eat some pizza here and there but I mostly stick to it. I stay away from sugar more than carbs and only do 30-50 grams a day

  9. I had no energy to work out doing keto – it was not fun. I can’t fully promote something that says oatmeal is bad. Eating that bf a work out makes me able to work out for hours. Plus I had heart palpitations during keto, that scared me.

  10. This sickly looking dude is talking about health? He needs to gain about 20. Why keto if you weigh 120lbs
