  1. When will they realize marijuana should be legal it doesn’t kill anyone and typically isn’t violent if anything it calms people and it’s way better than cocaine meth all that shit it kills people and makes them insane

  2. honestly legalize it like ever other state and stop wasting money and put it to the more dangerous drugs why not legalize a natural plant that has so much benifits..

  3. Sounds like Hemp is for people that just want health properties and not get high. I love it. Especially people that love the aesthetics, smell of cannabis, but don't want to get in trouble for growing one for ornamental purposes.

  4. I don’t understand why it’s legal to walk around with a joint in Washington DC, and in Texas it’s still a crime to get caught using. It makes no sense to me. I’m tired of the antidepressants I’m prescribed. These pills aren’t therapeutic. These pills make me very moody!! I love Texas but I mean c’mon why are we not legalizing marijuana?

  5. Politicians: Please stop wasting resources on jailing people for cannabis use. From the disingenuous motives criminalizing the plant (deportment of Mexicans over labor jobs), to the fact that relative to alcohol, it is less harmful, destructive, and dangerous, law enforcement has more important issues to deal with. Dan Patrick: what are you thinking, when most REPUBLICANS, in Texas, want Marijuana reform, not more resources spent on weed. Doesn't sound like you are representing your constituents well, when you squash votes on bills the majority of republican voters support. Perhaps it's time you step aside for a representative who's more in line with the public will.

  6. "Marijuana but it's not" Marijuana is such a shit vague term.

Hemp IS MARIJUANA… It just has low amounts of thc, but it's ridiculous for a plant to have 5 labeled names…

    Marijuana, Hemp, cannabis, weed, ganja.

    Let's make it
    Cannabis
    And
    Diet- cannabis

The labs already have the tools to remove thc… I hope they don't waste the thc. I assume the ship it to legal states.

Anyways, anyone from Houston have any ideas? Anyone wanna make cbd reviews, and cannabis news discussion videos? I'd do it on my own, but I find review channels better when there's 2

  7. All of these people at the expo are breaking Texas Hemp laws. No one was licensed to grow or sell hemp at the expo. Every gas station sells hemp flower with seeds. So anyone can buy seeds at a gas station and grow. Or that person can sue the store where they purchased the legal hemp flower and seeds. A hot hemp plant is marijuana, so same plant. No one got arrested at the expo, so Texas ain't enforcing the law.

  8. I go up to Seattle to visit family about twice a year, and then I come back to the "Police State" of Texas, almost makes me sick to my stomach. They love putting people in cages here for something that's legal almost everywhere else. If it don't get better here by next year, I think I'm gonna have to leave the state. I give up waiting, I'll die of old age before it's legal here. Note: Folks in Seattle actually like their police there now! Guess folks end up liking folks that don't try to put them in cages, when ever they can, for absolutely nothing! Who would have thunk it! Best Police and Public relations tool ever.

  9. Sounds like a waste of money to test for THC when it’s going to eventually legalize. There are a lot more dangerous drugs and dangerous criminals out there.

  10. That lawyer, Hawk?, is a god damn moron, and I would never want him to represent me. He came off like he "Better Call Saul," lol! Seriously though, I am really surprised Greg Abbott signed this into law seeing how anti-Marijuana, and hemp by extension, he is.
