Nice salad recipe, Ms. Quiara. We, long ago, find those weeds ("Ngalog" in Ilocano dialect) in cornfields and feed them to our farm animals like pigs and cattle. We didn't know then, that they taste good and beneficial for human consumption. You're right they are nutritious, contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Now, they are not just weeds that compete with our cultivated crops, but definitely a veggie. 👍
