Same as he vowed last year that he was gonna have it legalized in the “100 days” of 2019 while that came and went. Cannabis is not gonna be legalized this year just like last year……..they are still looking for the biggest cash grab with taxing. That whole decriminalizing was a joke the state can still get money from you from getting caught with with weed, I believe it’s like $50-200 fine for up to 2OZ, they can charge you with a misdemeanor for over that it’s still a cash grab. How hard is it to put in motion that a person/s over the age of 21 can use marijuana if they chose to…..you got it with deadly products beer and wacky-tobacky but not with a natural plant out of the ground 😒
It almost happened last year, but Cuomo let it fail and wouldn’t sign because he didn’t like how where the tax revenue was going to be allocated.
