Now I have not tested in over three weeks. I was supposed to go to a seminar on the 16 th last week , they told me at the orientation to have $100 money order and be there at 5:45 which I did. When I got there and attempted to attend I was told didn't you get the email COVID-19, I said no then I looked through my emails and heading was not tasc it was the supervisors name for the organization which I did not know so I missed it in my junk mail. It's stated that I needed to be there not at 5:45 but at 12 o'clock noon and I only had a three days heads up email came in on Monday . Due to the virus the seminar would be online or over the phone. Therefore I have missed the seminar. I should be allowed to reschedule even if I missed it under normal conditions and pay the $75 fee. But I have not been able to contact anyone and none of the employees are there . Except for the low level receptionists, apparently it's OK if they get COVID-19. No matter how many emails I sent no matter how many messages I leave on my case manager's voicemail I cannot get in contact with him. I waited by my phone all day consistently 20 minutes before closing hours at 6:40 my phone rang for four seconds and I was unable to answer it when I called back I got an automated Google voicemail service that didn't even identify who called , I am currently on disability and I am and only disabled I also have a learning disability that I hid my entire life ,that was caused by the same event that deformed my feet, I was afraid to get the card because I was afraid of being accused of selling it. I do not know if my last three urin analysis , are good but I suspect that they have doctored evidence and claim that one of them is diluted since after my comprehensive assessment the counselor is pretty confident that I'm not a drug addict and that I'm not gonna mess up, it would only be cannabis any Way and I can go get the card anytime I want, it appears to me that this organization may fraudulently be seeking to discriminate against me and alienate my in alienable right to diversion granted to me by the voters of Arizona in 1996 under prop 200, I would think certain allowances would need to be made as well for someone who is mentally disabled. I find them to be divisive and dishonest seeking profiteering at the expense of the population, in other counties it is. A $150 fine and some community service and you're finished, if this organization wants to they can make it impossible for someone to complete this program which is what I believe they are doing.maybe it's time for civil liberties union bring another class action lawsuit against task there's already been 2 recently , The passing of recreational marijuana would pretty much close this organization down and everyone would be out of a job including the founder who I understand is a supreme court justice now and although has started it as a nonprofit has put millions of dollars in his own pocket . I would like to know more about how this bill will affect a criminal record that I may have because I will not be able to complete task due to their intentional divisive Ness. I've never registered to vote in my life because honestly based on what I've seen I find it hard to believe in the system but I think I'm going to now assuming that I can still do that in November and I'm not a double felon

Although I 100% support legalization, I have a feeling that the required signatures will not be reached by the deadline.
