  3. I have solved my constipation by going ZERO fibre on carnivore. Decades of problems otherwise, nothing worked. Along this path I lost also all bloating, 90% of GERD, … Actually great deal of my problems, especially NAFLD, prediabetes, asthma, … improved on vegetarian keto as I have been vegetarian for very long time. But had to get some fats so i overeat cheese. And that worsened my constipation. I used to say if there is only one reason to dump keto it would be for constipation. But since I realised that we need fish, meat, … to be healthy all my other problems improved even more on carnivore (predominantly still fish and eggs oriented). Constipation on carnivore gone. Despite I still consume daily a lot of mozzarella bufala, my favourite grass fed cheese, and other cheeses, no problems.
