  1. Yep,we've been through a whole thing with this. The proactiv toner, too strong. so we had to get rid of that. Those surface ones that stick out make you want to exfoliate, but now the face is a mess. Scared to use a lotion/moisturizer because it's so sensitive. Went to dermatologist which was even more frustrating. We actually don't think it's the foundation, we use cover girl sensitive skin and has caused NO irritation. So for a makeup remover, happy to say Purity one step facial cleanser has worked great!!!! and non irritating. But, it's a battle.

  2. I find that every time I travel to hot countries my pores enlarge and applying makeup is a nightmare. So I’ve added a primer to my make up and also regular face masks whenever I’m travelling. I have found it helps.

  3. I can't handle alcohol anymore. It just happened this year. So sad. If I have one bite of dariy, cystic acne overload. I need coffee and have to have creamer and sugar in it. The only places that have non dariy creamer is expensive coffee places like Starbucks. I really can't understand why McDonald's doesn't have non dariy creamer.

  4. What about reapplying sunscreens every few hours when you are outside? Cos some sunscreens don't last the whole day so we have to reapply it. I want to protect my skin from UV rays but also don't want to cake the dirt n dust with it onto my skin.

  5. Thank you for this video. Even dermatologists are not as good advisers. They are prescribing very abrasive products when they are not asking for meds. It only makes you come back to them with even worth skine ! When I stoped all this non sense of disbalancing my skine, it changed my life ! I will still have some pimples but by being respectfull of my face and listening to its needs, it will stay small and not visible and red and painfull. ✌️

  6. Yeah. Milk 😭😭 Milk made my face to breakout intensely and until now I'm still suffering of breakouts.

Lesson learned: I'm not really drinking milk as it makes me to vomit but I tried to take it and what happened, acne 😭😭

  7. That was nice… but can you please not promote centella? It is the biggest fraud in cosmetics history! It does nothing for skin. at. all.

  8. I don't do any of this. Eat proper foods, use only Cetaphil face moisturizer and some aloevera and rose water spritz for a freshner and eat vitamins. MY SKIN STILL SHIT. I workout and drink moderate water too….

  9. I don't know what to think about the 'avoid the sun' argument.
Sun is healthy and we need vitamin D which we receive through the sun, naturally.
I mean of course you shouldn't roast yourself in the sun 24/7 but constantly avoiding the sun is unhealthy.

  10. Cutting out dairy has been the most effective in combating my cystic acne. I still get them but rarely. Your diet is such an important factor in treating hormonal acne (mine is caused because of PCOS). After trying almost all treatment options out there, both prescribed (except accutane) and OTC, the greatest results I had were when I removed dairy, gluten, alcohol, refined sugar and caffeine from my diet. (Generally following an anti-inflammatory diet will do wonders in such a short amount of time! You really don't have to spend hundreds of dollars into skincare products which only treat symptoms and don't address the main cause of cystic acne! A simple skincare routine with natural products and prescribed medicine will work immensely better if you support it with dietary choices fit for you!) Not a dermatologist, just a 22 year old with stubborn perioral dermatitis and former cystic acne.

  11. milk has never been a problem for me though… might be bc im a norwegian and bascially grew up on it and had it every day

  12. You two are so beautiful. I hope I end up marrying someone as beautiful as you two, and of course I hope she has a great personality too =)

  13. Ok I have a question

I don’t have big pores at all BUT on my right cheek they seem like holes and I get spots there often… WHY
Can this be related with the fact that I mostly sleep on that side of my face ?

  14. Please sweet lord someone has to say is bad or kind of useless using a facial mask specially the plastic ones before make up and even worse without cream between your make up and mask..

  15. the 1st time i use those metal loops (blackhead extractor) I was so suprised when the white eww 🤣🤣🤣 just suddenly poured out of the pimple. I didn't even pressed deep enough lolz

  16. Some helpful tips..

Cleanse. Tone. Mask. Tone again after mask. Serum. Hydrate. Moisturize. Eye cream.

Day time use sunscreen. Even wen the sun isnt out..the sun rays are still there.

Try not to exfoliate every single day if u have oily skin..it will produce extra oils.

Hydrate nd moisterize are too different things.

Hydrate : putting moisture into the skin.
Moisterize: keeping and locking the moisture into the skin.
