For every moment you delay legislation that's one more sale for the black markets also one more person being put in jail and there life ruined because you are arresting them or giving them a fine where there should be no fine or jail time for a plant that helps people. Lets be honest kids in your state can not get access to the plant and safe access for adults that choose to use medical marijuana for all types of medical uses including anxiety depression and ptsd epileptic cancer aids and Parkinson and and Autistic and other uses like for inflammation or pain management or to help them get off of opiates and heroin and other drugs cannabis helps withdraws and helps those who use it and get clean over time find that they do not go back to the use of the herion or opiates that are pushed by doctors and big pharma where over 100k a year has died a year. it is time for you not to dely but to step up and help change this legislation and this means expunging records of people you have wrongfully arrested because they where caught and a none violate offender who could of been marked as a seller that was not clearly selling with 2 oz's or less its time you step up and do whats right for the people of your state and quit these delay tactics and give the people the adults and voters what they cl;early want in there state. Jobs ans employment and taxes can go to where they are needed education healthcare and infrastructure it can help the budget by millions
It's kind of funny watching the prohibitionists go into full meltdown mode, while states that have legalized are expanding access to marijuana after realizing that the majority of concerns voiced by the "anti" crowd was nonsense. The more they talk the less credibility they have. And for all of the "healthcare providers" showing concern, I can show you lists upon lists of doctors who wished marijuana could be rescheduled for the purpose of medical and recreational use. But, hey, let's all stop legalization based upon the concerns of anonymous "healthcare providers".
Healthcare providers don't seem to care about the health of people from being thrown in prison for smoking a relatively harmless substance to begin with, so spare us the false concerns and made up dilemmas.
