hey dude; my name is Jake Burns. August fifth this year i was kissing my date in the backseat in her hotel parking lot when two cops walked up on my car. they were flashlighting in my drivers side, as well as anywhere else their lights could find. the dude motions me to open my window and talk to him ( i didnt want to ) but he kept standing there looking in my car.
long story short i finally relented and crawled to the front where i mistakenly opened a box for my ID (which contained) a couple cartridges. He SAW THEM FOR SURE but instead of saying that he saw my oil cart he suddenly claimed that he smelled the plant, this lead to my detainment and subsequent arrest.
the worst thing about this dude lying to say he smelled marijuana was that the girl i was with absolutely admitted to having the same drugs that they arrested me for having; she claimed that they barely even tried searching for what shed admitted to having . (thankfully she got to go)
then the cop himself proceeded to tell me that the charge is probably going to get dropped; but he rolled his eyes in annoyance when i pressed as to why the hell are we even doing this
The real question is, what are you listening to??? XD

Smell + will be something like driving erratically – going 25 in a 55mph zone? I don't want to see stoned drivers all over the road but this is good news for travelers motoring through FLA and getting held up for an hour until they bring the K9 search dog. Good report Jeff!
