Can you do a video on getting rid of mucus in the lungs?? I know you got a long video on pandemics but my friends and family don't wanna watch that 😑
I think I'd rather stay to my meat based fiber free food. Especially now, during this covid-19 season. Seems to be much better for my immune system.
I want learn more about nutrition and health. I am reader and i already read how not to die. But I want to get more clear and can you please recommend me the book which I start reading to get my nutritional knowledge strong?
@ people in the comments You don't have to eat raw garlic and onions if you don't like it. It's not as if you don't do it, you suddenly die young 😉 Just eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and other whole foods and you'll be fine. Don't stress about every little detail. It's not going to expand your life that much anymore if you already eat healthy.
The average age that people get to where I live is 82 and those people are actually still quite healthy. They ate way worse then people eating a mostly whole food plants diet.
It isn't AGE that does it, it is years of eating the wrong foods. 70 year old people who have been raw vegans probably have arteries healthier than a lot of 18 year olds.
Minced raw garlic with herbs and lemon juice and or vinegar makes fantastic salad dressings!
Us Hare krishnas know the effects of garlic and onion . You can season your foods with many other herbs and spices just experiment .
Interesting! I had no idea that raw garlic was so much better than cooked. Thank you for the tips 😊
Hi I have been on a planted based diet for a while but until recently I lernat that flaxseeds decrease your testoserone and that was my omega 3 source. Where should I get my omega 3 from? And another qusetion: I have been eating oatmeal for my breakfast for the longest time (daily dozen even recommend eating it) But 2 days ago I learnt that oatmeal decrease your testoserone so should I eat rye flakes, barley flakes or just simply make a smothie instead or is oatmeal good for the testoserone?
That’s just too scientific. I don’t get it. Just simplify the recommendations and tell me what to do.
I take a clove of garlic and an inch of ginger, mince and swallow with acv and 8 oz of water each morning and again at bedtime.
Most days I chop about 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and eat it raw with kimchi and chickpeas as a side salad with a sandwich. Love garlic 🙂
I just gobble down a whole head of raw garlic.
So i have to eat garlic and onions raw to utilize its potent effects, preferrably within 10 minutes… When I was in the Philippines, a dipping sauce that is often used is soya sauce, chopped garlic and onion with a bit of chili. Recommend that as a means.. Any more ideas welcome 😉

Very informative as always! Thank you, Dr Greger!
Awesome stuff!
I eat a clove of sliced raw garlic every day. Nice to know it's good for me!
I wonder where black fermented garlic stands? If it would have same effects as raw?
Would eating garlic daily provide any prevention benefit against COVID-19?
Aghhh. What about garlic powder, supplements, etc??
Does garlic powder also have those effects ?
