That communication exchange appears to have given enough information that a prudent health worker would take precautions, whether or not it was coronavirus, unless I’m not understanding when that exchange took place. Even the hospital instructions should have been a clue…..and they shouldn’t have waited to do that. How many days after susoected exposure did they test for CoVid-19. The incubation period is up to 14 days. Is Public health dring an hour to go checkon them? Sounds pretty radical.
As a Washington resident this is absolutely ridiculous! If a patient is suspected of being infected WHY ARE THEY NOT IN THE HOSPITAL? Second why is King County allowing THE VERY PEOPLE WHO TRANSPORT & TREAT patients of ALL RISKS, not only infection but the spread of this? This is absolutely unacceptable! These are the same people telling us they want to be in charge of ALL OUR HEALTH CARE? Yeah ok.. right. No person suspected of having this should be quarantined in a motel, they should be in a hospital! If Washington State government doesn’t want to step up, then STEP OUT!
