OK 1st the City has an ordinance against the Dispensary being here, so they were in violation of the law, Yes you may but recreational pot, BUT cities can say yes or No, El cajon said NO The owners have been operating for 8 or 9 months illegally and have been cited for it,.Enough was enough and got shut down The warrant gave them permission to arrest , and impound all drugs that being illegal because of the city ordinance, and cash ( No credit cards still against the law federal all Banks are FDIC and will not give any dispensarys credit card machines as the Feds could shut down accounts) The Neighboring Merchants on both sides started complaining to the ECPD after 2 months because of all the traffic, the crappy people hanging around the dispensary, customers parking in private lots and harassing the merchants and their customers when asked to move, One Merchant was doing a lazer procedure on a patients eye and a Dispensary customer at the worng address barged in, demading to but some marijuana. Wrong place, then got upset because they asked him to leave and started yelling at them. Cars lined Douglas. Parents walking kids to school complained as well. After months, Code Enformcement giving citations to close and the arrogant Owner laughing to merchants saying the 1000.00 fine a day did not bother him he makes much more a day. Spitful, hatful man. Well 1st of March he is raided, all merchandise, money fixtures removed . No one arrested just detained for questioning. By Monday the owner brought replacements all in restocked and was open by Monday(close on Thursday) Now two weeks later to the day and Merchants and neghbors once again complaining and the Owner laughing at them they get busted again, this time the employees and security guard are arrested, the ATM is removed because it houses the illegal sales money, also is EVIDENCE in their case when it comes to court. 9 Employyes 2 Security armed are arrested, Door is removed replaced by a new one with locks. Thursday evening Owner is back cutting a screen open to the business to break in, remove the new door of the hinges. Still there Friday morning letting customers and employees in an opening blocked by a piece of wood when Police show up again. This is how despperate these people are So the facts are here. Not a revenue raid as Brian claims just good old the bad guys breaking the law and got caught and evidence take OBTW Owner in to the City for 300K in fines
wait, didn't the voters of CA elect to have marijuana legalized for recreational use? I don't smoke weed and I'm very pro-law enforcement. I'm failing to understand the law that was broke here. probably just bureaucratic shit that didn't allow them to sell weed at this location. Same as a liquor store selling alcohol without a license right? If that's all it is, I totally support law enforcement in ENFORCING the laws!

That way you can drive around in tanks and be disgustingly armed as if we Americans are terrorists or something. Then they ask why a lot of Americans don’t trust them. All the do is harass people and when something really and happens they just shoot the person that way they don’t have to deal with doing their job and calling the person down and trying to save lives they think well I’m a cop and I took a class of three months and now I’m a better citizen than anyone in America.
