It wasn't a study, just another review of existing propaganda "science" from the US that had been REQUIRED to show harm, by an organization with a horribly ironic name, given that it implies intelligence, completely missing from this tripe. Cannabis is very well known among veterans for treating PTSD. And for treating dementia, though I suppose that could be considered physical and not psychological. Oh, I forgot, one study shows CBD alone to be just as effective as non-standard antipsychotics, with no side effect at doses up to 1500mg (yes, 1.5 grams).
It helps me and alot of other people that I know that have mental problems. They just want your money for those pills that dont work.
