Its not about getting high. I use CBD from hemp, but prefer THC which works better for me. Thankfully I can get cannabis here in CA. I use THC edibles that have a little CBD but in micro doses. I only use 2.5 – 3.5 mg per day ( standard dosing is 5-10mg/dose) and never more than 2.5 mg at one time.that way I never get high but it controls depression, pain and lets me get a good nights sleep. I used to need about 30mg/day but not anymore. Check out the website The CBD Project for good info.
