Question. Do u think comparison is that bad in fitness? I was thinking about this the other day bc a few years ago i started training to do a pull-up, but ive always struggled cause i think i have a weaker back compared to my shoulders or chest per-say. So ya i started training for it, but kinda put it on the back-burner soon after bc i kinda just got bored with it. Then, like six months ago i saw this basic fitness bitch on insta do a pull-up, and i was snatched right back in. I started working on my back so frickin much, and i can actually do like 3-4 reps (depending on how strict u r with it) now. But ya, ppl always like to say comparison’s the thief of joy (& i think there’s truth in that) but i also think there’s certain situations where u need that. I just kept thinking, “if this bitch can, I definitely can”
