I followed this to a T. Took night be4 a 3 hours before my test. Pissed 4 times before my test. It was for pre employment. It was sent to a Lab and i FAILED. Never again

Don't drink vinegar it doesn't do anything, drinking water helps. Do some research you can really fuck yourself up by drinking too much water and diluting the electrolytes in your body. 3/4 of a liter per hour max. Piss as many times as possible and get midstream…holding piss isn't very smart…just saying

Drank 32oz of water, starting at 7:00am, bought a box of Certo on my way to the test, added it to 32oz of yellow Gatoraid, drank it. and drank 64oz more of water, peed 4 times prior to the test wihich would make 5 total. Used the middle of my piss stream. PASSED the standerd dip test with flying colors..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe, 2hrs, Certo, and the amount of water is key..!!
Cannabis is easy just drink vinegar.. take a 16 oz glass fill half way with vinegar and rest with water.. drink plenty more water after to urinate it all out .. done this when I was 17 and I passed I'm 38 it's an old school remedy
