On June 14, 2006, Windows developer Philip Suh published a blog entry in which he condemned the Windows Vista development process, saying that “the code is too …” ugly.
According to Suh, Microsoft was “obviously wrong” when it released Vista.
He then criticized Windows Vista for lacking features that will still be supported by future Microsoft operating systems.
In a blog post, he described code that he said could only be used by someone who “completely lost sight” of the fact that it was not meant to be used by people who were “looking or looking for what feature they could use today.”

So I don’t think you guys can even try it.
But there are some things that you can try with Vista.
I’ll tell you about two that I think are useful, even if they’re not for you.
For starters:
Turning on Vista.
As with Windows XP, when you boot up your system, you will need to select one of two languages: English or Russian.
To switch to the Russian interface, select Russian from the list.
To switch to English, select English.
Once this is done, you can get started:

To turn Vista on to Windows XP, you will need a bootable CD or USB drive (flash drive).
Insert the USB stick into your computer and follow the instructions on the screen.
Once installed, you should see a bootable XP partition on your computer.
If you are using Windows XP Starter Edition, you only have Windows XP as your boot, so you will need a bootable CD or USB drive (flash drive) to install Vista.
To install Vista, you will need a bootable CD or USB flash drive
Press Enter before running the makecd command.
This will launch the command line (cmd).
At the command line, type cd and hit Enter.
