  1. Supreme Court has ruled your front porch is private property even if in view of the public, as long as you do not make your property public. ie invite people onto your property. Yard sales ect. So a no trespassing sign makes your front porch private property.

  2. It’s still 80 bucks a 8th have fun with that. Long live the black market ohh but PS The black
Market won’t have the good smoke like that in the stores just saying

  3. 1:16 I don't think most Chicago residents would consider their front porches public places. Or am I missing something and are all front porches publicly accessible?
1:30 "reasonably unaccessible" sounds like a matter of opinion, officer..

  4. Has anyone noticed with the very potent weed that is common now, that if someone is smoking a few cars in front of you in traffic, your car smells like weed to the point where people think you smoked in there? I’ve even had this happen on the expressway. Or a friend who recently smoked was standing at my window talking to me and the car smelled like weed the next day even. Don’t get me wrong though, the smell of weed is probably my favorite smell. It’s just the way it lingers and spreads. Like the BO in that Seinfeld episode.

  5. Good job guys… the old/racist propaganda around the plant is finally wearing off … as people realize the benefits of cannabis and that it is safer and healthier for the body than alcohol and tobacco!

  6. The prostitutes than run IL. have given us the biggest joke on cannabis legalization in the country. Way to much input from the whining cops of this state. No growing for any one but medical patients. All they have done is grant us the privilege to purchase an over taxed product legally. The black market in this state will still prevail.

  7. Black market will be glad only medical card holders can grow their own and not everyone and they can only grow five plants 2 in nursery 2 in veg 1 in flower numbers don"t add up any hiccup in grow and they"ll head straight to black market.everyone in the country should be able to grow their own and have an abundance the business side of cannabis will work itself out and the black market will lose out on market share legalization should be about no person ever going to prison for cannabis ever again IT SHOULD NOT BE ABOUT MAKING MONEY either by individuals or government. The agribusiness side will find its rightful place in cannabis without a Not everyone can run a business successfully WE DON" HAVE TEN THOUSAND TOMATO FACTORIES in this country only a handful of successful one even though millions grow their own tomatoes in their back yards and the factories dont lobby congress to make us stop growing tomatoes We can have both private and corporate growers and the money side will work itself out it always has. POT SHOULD BE CHEAP .like tomatoes
