I love curry goat. Strange to hear it referred to as a trend.
Ethical reasons? Use the "meat"? You mean the kid goats? Nothing about using goats for dairy or slaughtering them is ethical. Impregnating female goats is not ethical. Taking away their babies is not ethical. Slaughtering kid goats is not ethical. Using the milk meant for the kids is not ethical. Nothing about using an animal for profit is ethical. I don't know where you saw that trend, but I hope they know it's not going very far nowadays. Male kid goats are not the problem to solve. The goat dairy industry is the problem.
Try goat milk or horse milk.. It become trend in Indonesia a couple years ago.. I tried it.. Quite nasty and had strong flavour
