Hope you weren’t getting high. But if stoners wanted to start trademarking their products now, couldn’t they also trademark under class 34. I suppose it’d be different in US cause you’ve actually gotta prove use and federally speaking it’s still illegal. But in Australia you could lodge a 34 and just pick things on the list like “Articles for smokers; Herbs for smoking; Smokers pipes”. All of those things are already on our standard pick list for class 34 🙂
