The film is about the close friendship of eight neighborhood kids. The movie starts on a cloudy afternoon. The kids are stuck inside their house and their parents have gone to the shop. The kids play gossips in their kitchen, but their parents soon return. The kids are full of fight and laughter and are very happy. Suddenly, a message comes on the doorbell and the kids rush to open the door. They find a man standing on the threshold. His name is Sanjay, and he comes from a big family in Chandan Nagar. He tells them that his brother, Archak, had got into a serious car accident and he is in coma. One of the kids, called Chicken, immediately announces that he should visit his uncle. The other kids oppose him, saying that he is not well, but Chicken says that he must go immediately. As Chicken runs towards the ambulance, his friends try to stop him. Eventually, one of the kids stops him by putting a bag over his head. A short while later, Chicken returns completely covered. He doesn’t know where he is going, but he is accompanied by the kids, one of them being Armaan. Armaan is the captain of CHILLAR PARTY. Chicken tells the kids that he found his way to his uncle’s house. Everything seems to be okay, but on closer inspection, Armaan sees that people are trying to run Chicken away. This makes Armaan and his team realise that Chicken is not well, and he has to be saved. Armaan tries to stop them, but the kids continue to run, and soon everyone from the neighborhood is involved in this. The police arrive, and as everyone wants to help Chicken they stay on the street. The police officer says that someone told him that Chicken is wanted to be arrested by the police. Armaan and his team don’t know if the kids are telling the truth. Everything is getting more tense, and Armaan is struck by how these guys know the streets of Chandan Nagar. Suddenly, they see two policemen trying to arrest one of the kids. Armaan and his team get ready to defend the kid. In a matter of seconds, the policeman’s gun hits Chicken’s head and he falls to the ground. Meanwhile, the police ask everyone not to interfere and let them arrest Chicken. The kids return to their home, and Armaan decides to stay outside with his team to prevent anyone from being arrested. The police take Chicken to the police station, but Armaan and his team don’t know where they are taking him. They could see the cops and the ambulance. Armaan calls his friend Ishant to tell him and later to his parents. His parents ask him why he has called them, and Armaan says that they must immediately come to the police station, and they will find out if Chicken was arrested or not. Armaan and his team wait for a few hours, but their parents don’t come. The police start to think that they have been abandoned, but Armaan assures them that they will come. That night, Armaan and his team wait again. They decide to visit his uncle’s house and see if his uncle and family are there, but they aren’t. They decide to wait for a few more hours, and Armaan thinks that this could be an opportunity to collect information. They continue to wait, and that night, they start to hear some singing outside the house. At that time, they hear the police lock the door of the house, and Armaan helps his team to escape through a window. They decide to cross a bridge, and Armaan challenges his team to hold hands.
Shivaji with an impromptu speech tells the couple that they have made a big mistake by ignoring the safety of their children and has an attack of conscience, and he leaves the place. Later, he comes back to seek the NOC of Dhupesh and his family. They, as expected give a list of all the residents of the society from the records office. They only need to NOC one person to complete the list. In the same house, Shivaji finds another young boy in his 10th standard class, Dinesh. He too is in any case a non-resident and was staying with his grandparents. All of them are in any case unaware of the fact that he too is a victim. Here, with a little debating from Shivaji, both Dhupesh and Dinesh decide to give the NOC but, as explained to them by Shivaji, they could have given to anyone in the society. They tell the story how they were worried about the safety of their own siblings and got the NOCs. Shivaji manages to convince them to give NOCs to Dhupesh and his family. They all decide to have a small party in a bungalow set up by Dhupesh along with his friend. Shivaji manages to get all the NOCs and even phones the boy’s mother and congratulates her.
