Evan, they should change the felony rules to a certain category of felons. Some that are non drug related should be able to purchase it. Medical mj help depression, pain etc. Do you think that just because someone is a felon, that they'd abuse that drug? Especially if they had never abused drugs or bought or sold it for $$?
