Further the $800 every few months for testing for patients use of marijuana is excessive in my opinion for insurance companies to absorb in such a large measure. However doctors are using us with biased as an excuse do you know authoritarian type atmosphere for real pain patients. However only pain patients and medical care providers are aware of this loophole that violates patient’s constitutional rights in Colorado and further patients who are on HUD housing are required not to use or possess marijuana in their apartments while those who pay rent or not unheard or freely able to do so it makes no sense however they also target federal laws as a way to discriminate openly and discreetly directly paid patients which also reduced thee the ability of patients in Colorado from reducing pain management prescription mediation that reduces pain no matter the loss of quality of life or restricting the ability to get a job while being restricted to pain medication use in many jobs that restrict pain prescription meds much more than use of marijuana for pain management . Thus Discrimination continues in Colorado pain patients who are least able to defend them selves against authoritarian uses federal laws in violation of Colorado constitutional laws openly blatantly
