I have been taking the copaiba softgels (1 each day) for 2 weeks now, but yesterday I forgot to take one and I could tell a huge difference in how I was feeling and handling stress and emotions. Wonderful! I'm excited to here that there is something better or at least to compare to CBD Oil. I have noticed and have kept from buying CBD ,because there are so many choices and brands . May of these do not come with directions and I have not known how to use it . I'm very happy that a company like DoTerra exist and you have people to help us understand how to use oils.
