+SinatraKennedy are you intermittent fasting? If so, I am trying to see how to incorportate fruit in my 2 daily meals. Fruits with Vit C would normally have been in between meal snacks, BUT with 2 meals a days where does your fruit or Vitamin C come from? as someone who eats 2 meals a days and skips breakfast I am trying to see how to incorporate it.

I dont even know of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt is even from the Himalayas. I know the pink salt is marketed as having 84 minerals, so should we not have any regular white salt? thank you
