  1. We’ve been using this bedding for years in the Uk for reptiles it’s designed as a horse bedding called auboise. Can buy huge bails from any tack and feed store for around £8 (10usd) enough for 50 fb70 tubs easily.

It’s a really good bedding smells like aniseed IMO and is very absorbent albeit it is prone to moulding

  2. I experimented with hemp on a variety of species for almost a year.
Using it instead of coconut for humidity loving species; there is definitely a learning curve. It's not quite as easy to use as coconut but is definitely doable if you're willing to put in a bit more work. If coconut is becoming to expensive, hemp is a useable option at a better price, way better than paper or tub "liner" products. In the end it didn't replace coconut for my ball pythons or my african fat tail geckos…however if coconut isn't available for whatever reason I have no problem using hemp.

Where hemp really shines, it has completely replaced Aspen with my corns, kings, leo geckos…..any animal the doesnt require higher levels of humidity.
Again it can replace coconut, It just requires more work on your behalve, but as for aspen replacement, it's a no brainer. Just do it you wont regret it.

For feeder rodents, unfortunately it just doesnt replace kiln dried pine/ compressed pellet combo. With or without pellets it just doesn't work as well as pine flake at absorbing odors. At a higher price it's just not a viable option. Dont get me wrong it'll work in a pinch if you run out of pine flake but definitely not a replacer.

Again these are my options, after using hemp for about a year, and I'm just a guy who does stuff.

  3. Have you put thought into giving some girls a year off each year to make sure that you dont run into the problem of not having many girls go each year? Probably a super obvious thought, just curious about your thoughts on that! Great video again man!

  4. 🤔Hemp bedding… I just might have to try it out. Those holdbacks are sharp looking to Tony. Hopefully this season will improve and treat you well.

  5. It wasnt dusty ? Because ive been using one the popular name brand coco block and my whole snake room had dust cloud wasnt impressed at all for how much it was hyped up

  6. I live in Tampa Florida I want to get ahold of your boy for that bedding how can I get ahold of him you didn't leave his information down below

  7. Still a believer in just paper towels might have to clean more but if that's my only problem then I'm good with that remind you it just 5 snakes so it's good to see other options for bedding other than what's out there take care and keep up the good work…..
