Because the 3% THC cap, the Cannibidiol goes through a washing or cleaning process that strips the cannabinoids terpenoids and The cannabinoid known as THC that she is so afraid of. her 3% law is literally wasting Iowan's loot that she is so fond of and making the CBD even weaker. It's one of the biggest rip-offs ever. Iowa is not a legal cannabis state anymore because all we have is tincture and cream and pills (must be under 3%). Who the hell wants that?
