If you're going to consume cannabis, dry herb vaping is the safest way that I'm aware of. However, I would caution people about vaping oil. I don't know if it's related to what's going on with people getting sick but I know vaping oil personally causes me to phlegm up badly and my lungs would get sore for days, whereas vaping dry herb products is far easier on my lungs than smoking or vaping oil of course. In fact I don't cough at all when I vape dry herb. My advice, stay away from vaping oil or any extract.
