I can go drink myself to death right now .cannabis has never killed any one and after the governments history on this they should never be allowed to profit off it.govt hypocrisy doesn't determine my life style choices nore does someones unjustified theistic dogma.

The referendum to legalise cannabis is neck and neck among the NZ public
Sadly we've have lagged too far behind other countries in terms of harm reduction, the rights of PWUD and drug law reform.
In 2013 when the global debate for cannabis decriminalisation was gathering momentum, instead of exploring reform, the NZ Drug Foundation hosted a major conference entitled 'Cannabis & Health Symposium' inviting prohibitionist Dr Kevin Sabet, and INCDB's Wayne Hall and others to explore the health risks of cannabis.
The Drug Foundation's years of sitting on the fence about harm reduction, reform and user rights under the National government has cost us dearly.
But I'm still hopeful we might pull off a Yes vote.
Not legalize but RE legalize Cannabis. There was a time when people could use it in all forms without being thrown into a cage.
