maybe E.F.A.C.T. or A.F.E.C.T. for each of those things have an effect/affect. 😉 HR420 gets my vote. (South Dakota resident) & lawyers aren't the only ones who think that way. Since it is explicitly illegal to distill alcohol for personal consumption, will this legislation make it illegal for a person to grow their own?
Just throwing this out there. I believe it should be the Bureau of cannabis Alcohol Tobacco firearms and explosives. Yes the Bureau of CATFE.

Naming it the 420 bill was probably the dumbest thing they could have done. It makes it sound childish and immature. I doubt it’s going to be taken seriously with 420 in the title.
This question I have might be beyond your field, but Danish stock brokers wont facilitate the purchase of US/Canadian shares in anything related to the cannabis industry. Do you have any idea why (other than it still being illegal in Denmark) and if there is anything to do about it? Thanks!
So say I work for a nuclear plant and have to go through a fitness for duty program, would it be possible for me to ever smoke again if this was legalized federally?
I understand that this is being delegated on the Federal level, however, will states that may not 100% support the bill still be able to have their own laws in place?
F.A.C.E.T. sounds better imo. Even if the bill is passed in the house, it still has to go through the republican controlled senate (if I'm not mistaken) and some of those geezers are indoctrinated into believing that weed is the devil's lettuce (let out that big sigh now). If this gets passed though, I will be ecstatic. It needs to be decriminalized so we can start benefiting from the taxation. Sad thing is that I don't feel like I can get my hopes up because of the senate.
Unfortunately republicans and democrats only care about disagreeing on all issues and obstruction of the other parties agenda. So this will never pass the Senate
What do you think the chances of this getting passed are? Likely? Also. Do you know anything about when we can expect more news regarding this bill? I cant seem to find any dates or anything of the sort

It trips me out to think that cannabis is more than likely to become legal federally in the near future, like this is some revolutionary shit. Its been illegal for over 80 years. We are going to be one of the last generations to know what it was like to live in a time where weed was illegal. This trip anybody else out?
