So let me get this straight, the system that incarcerated thousands of people for selling a substance that at the time they deemed illegal has now legalized that substance but will only expunge a small few who were charged with selling the same substances that no longer is illegal? Why not expunge all of them no matter how many grams they sold. It’s hypercritical if they don’t.
