You have to test the levels not the presence. You can't arrest LMAO Hemp has been legalized for farming and educational purposes federally. State law is void regardless because federal supercedes state and state supercedes local.

Just because this hemp might be over a little,they are going to arrest the driver and confiscate it. It's still too little to get high off of it. So the police are trying to kill an industry that was killed decades ago before. All in the order of money! Because they are losing money from legalization of it
What a massive waste of time and money. The police should protest by refusing to go after cannabis users. I believe law enforcement has more important crimes to deal with.

Arrest the governor . the federal government is for to arrest state officials when they interfear in interstate commerce .
The bill of rights and the constitution trumps all state laws up to and including the right to self medicate and their right to bare arms and defend their indivual rights .
For 150 years the supreme court ruled it was unconstitutional to stand between a citizen and their right to self medicate themselves with the medication of their own choice .
