My only beef with the card will be the price tag. I remember playing all the ban cards and they were so much fun.

Hand traps and negates aren't the only effects that this can chain to it's any monster effect that activates during your main phase. This thing is strong and most likely will be banned at some point.
They take away mind control and pankratops from us so they can make money on other go 2nd cards.

Well they are correct…..they were banned for a reason…..they only make you go plus and there is no draw backs to using them
Question: if i use stratos search eff and my opp chains ash blossom and i chain called by the grave, negating the ash, can i use 3 tactical even if ash got negated? Would also like to know if ash blossom gets solemn striked can i use tactical.

The only sad thing about this card is that almost everyone is saying that it has Mind Control's effect, probably because they never read or used Change of Heart.
This is Lightning Storm 2.0, obviously their conditions/restrictions are very very different but the impact/deck building process tells you these are not entirely splashable in everything.
The answer is simple, don’t activate monster effects
High risk high reward card, cards like this usually don't see play but this specific one is better in go second decks. Definetely a decent side deck card
