So what about medical use in the state of ILLINOIS?
Started a job today which made it clear they are 0 tolerance EVEN if you have a med card..then made sure we knew this is an at will state. Mind you this isn't a Fed job or working with any machinery or a transport job. How can this happen to people who have med cards and medicate in their off hours?

Well in the end of the day it still sucks, because if you want to smoke a joint you can’t because if your job wants to drug test you your done.
After watching this video O'flaherty Law I have to ask were u aware they amended the Illinois right to privacy in the workplace Act? This goes hand an hand with HB1438. Basically protecting the rights of employees and what they do outside of the workplace. So if you weren't aware of this I'd ask you to research this more and then make another video. And if you were already aware of this then I ask why you didn't talk about it in your video at all.. seeings how it casts a major gray cloud over employers an how they can handle this new situation
