Could we have some details please? What can a property manager prohibit? Only Hydroponics I assume, as (im not a lawyer but assuming) no one is allowed to tell me what legal plants I can grow. SO if I grow using only sunlight, there can be no legal barrier – is that correct? Most leases I've read only prohibit 'illegal activities' from the property. Could one of you two lawyers please comment?
