To make the game more challenging for you, you will have to manage different aspects of your work. Depending on what has happened, you will have to do different things. You will have to cope with conflicts between the track and the wagons, problems with the lock (the lock gates) and the problem with the wagons.
In the free mode you can choose what work day to play. In the career mode you have to work daily on the designated work day. There will be 5 days per week and an additional day on weekends. The days are day / night shifts. You can choose which day you want to play. This game is not time-triggered.
