  2. Illinois 4 billion Doller needs to be Legalized .Half Backed Busness reason why I smoke it I worked was attacked caught them Then 2013 prescribed majuana I was cooked burnt lungs I was abused again teamed UP ON.

  3. Here is the main issue that had weakened the federal influence on this issue: the feudal law is based on incorrect information and is quite obviously a lie. You have the federal government that has had to admit marijuana has medicinal benefits, and does not appear to have the addictive or harmful effects drugs, alcohol, and tobacco have on the body. At the same time another agency inn three federal government is telling you that marijuana had no medicinal value, is highly addictive, and is dangerous to your health! All outdated incorrect information or downright less to the American people.

Despite having talks in this very issue, the government has failed to correct the problem. This resulted in schizophrenic and often racist enforcement of existing law, and the erosion of trust between the people and government.

The people became tired of waiting for the federal government to fix a lie that they quarterly had no intention of addressing. Since they are not allowed to nature law on the federal level, the people instead took it upon themselves to write the laws on the state level, where citizens still wield done law making capability. This forced the state's to take action legalizing the cannabis industry.

Since the federal position is so weak and based on misinformation, and the potential benefits of hemp and cannabis legalization in the future green economies is so strong, state rights are so far winning the war. That isn't to say that certain conservative right wing Christian extremists would very much like to see the industry wiped out, and are very close to being in enough control to do exactly that. So the future is unclear.

Meanwhile, unnoticed by all the posturing, a thriving cannabis grow movement is underway in States where it is legal. Patients are using the dispensaries, yes. Retail shops do well where it is legal, though States like Massachusetts is resisting three mandate if the people in an almost childish manner.

However there is also, because of the nature of the laws, a thriving private grow industry that is also afoot. This isn't even an "industry" so to speak, as there is not money to be made by the growers (private sale of cannabis remains very illegal). It is, in fact, more of a patent based movement. Patients are finding what medicines (if any) work for them, and even develop their own personal medical strains of cannabis. Closer to the "hippie generation" ideals that made cannabis famous in the 60s, cannabis can't be sold, only gifted to others, and not connected to e exchanges of money, goods, our services.

It is easy to grow, and had good yields in most cases. With the federal government dragging its feet, and state governments slowly bending to the will of the people, big business is very hesitant to try and step in, start mass priduction like with cigarettes or alcohol. Done even fear that if that were to happen, The resulting product would likely be poor quality with additives and health risks not wanted or desired.

Ad long as the legal gray area is around, it provides room for entrepreneurs, smaller business, and private grows that maycine to dominate the landscape of legal cannabis, which might just be the proper way to go to keep price within reason, and keep larger concerns from wiping smaller cultivators and entrepreneurs out if the market!

  4. legalize tobacco for recreational usage. stop arresting grown adults for tobacco use. even with the information available that tobacco is harmful for health it still shouldn't be illegal for usage. Free, sovereign, tax paying, law abiding, American adults should have to right to use tobacco or any other harmful substance in the privacy of their own home, or designated usage areas!

  5. Jeff Sessions you are a mental midget!! your an egotistical midget and we're all just waiting for you to die!! I know that sounds quite harsh it sounds cruel but you must be, have to be completely unaware of the medicinal benefits of this plant!! the amount of people that benefit from cannabis are countless, innumerable!!!!

  6. Trump said he would leave the legalization of marijuana to the states, but now he is doing something else.

Come the next presidential election I’m going to look another direction in who I will vote for. I’m going to look at the Independent candidate. I am not a fan of the Democrats because of how immoral most of them are.

I know how immoral they are by watching social media rather than mainstream media.

This isn’t the first time Trump made a statement claiming he would do one thing but did another.

Why is Hillary Clinton not behind bars?

  7. Anybody counted how many times he looks left to right?😂
Its inevitable you cant and will not stop this plant its serious part of our history

  8. Wrong. There is no supremacy clause in the US Constitution except in certain instances of "interstate commerce". The Ninth and Tenth Amendment specifically address this. Love how they all three eagerly agreed to this misinformation.

  9. I think this weed legalization process had shown where we Americans stand in the eyes of the government. We the people are waking up and seeing the lies and corruption. We are taking action. The decision is up to them now, what are they going to do?

  10. The ELEPHANT in the room is really the Black American population; this is why the Grand Wizard white supremacist Jeff Sessions insist on waging war on legal cannabis!

  11. You have a child speaking for the issue. Employer after employer finds job applicants failing drug tests for marijuana use, legal or illegal. Second hand smoke and its stink on people is abominable! The thinking on the issue is perverted.

  12. This is so stupid. I live in a state where marijuana is legal and I have no interest in using. Have no problem anyone using it. What’s the debate about? It’s an f’n plant. Who cares?

  13. HOWEVER where in the constitution is this drug (or any drug ) mentioned?? It took a constitutional ammendment to prohibit Alcohol. WHY should any other thing get passed by a 'law'???
