This is just High carb low fat. Same old diet that has been proven to be unhealthy. causes inflammation, raises blood sugar and insulin levels leading to insulin resistance, locks away body fat stores because insulin inhibits the burning of fat and causes spikes and troughs in energy levels. Also 5 meals a day if spread out across the day in a large eating window means that the anabolic pathway mTOR is always on and your body never gets to go into autophagy. Look up scientists like Jeff volek, Steve phinney, Garry fettke, dr Paul mason and Bart kay. Your advocating old flawed science.

yo… I don't know why I don't if I have some bazar ability, but for some reason I eat completely different amount every day. for example I have toast with peanut butter and bacon for breakfast yesterday and have only rice and a little roast beef with some fruit (berries)…. and the next day I might eat 3000 calories everything insight go get a big meal from the whole foods bar etc. I can have like 4 little eating days and a couple huge days I have no specific routine… but I have weighed between 193 and 197 for over a year….. and my strength as been progressively increased throughout the year
I bought the book this morning for myself & so I can use with some of my clients. Very informative, I've learned alot watching your vids, now with this book. I can help my athlete clients even more. 💪🏿💪🏿☝🏿☝🏿
