In this video we’re going to talk about the best nootropics for 2020. What’s been trending over the last year and what people are using today. If you’re new to …
Thank you David for all your research and hard work! What would you recommend I start out with for my overactive nervous system? Chronic Anxiety, brain fog, dizziness, diarrhea? Aloha and thank you again these pathways are strong and I'm trying to avoid medication through meditation, excercise and supplements
Hey David, I really need your help! I'm 25, male, workout strenuously 6 days a week. I feel my brain is shutting down, I've tried L theanine, ashwaghanda, sulforaphane, PQQ with coq10. They don't work. I've also tried Lions mane, and yes it did work and I felt good at 1000mg , but my asthma flared up slightly, and also I heard if you come off it, the good effects go away. I want something stable and robust. I feel i get stressed easy, energy feels low even after eating, can't concentrate properly, memory is quite poor, brain just feels inflamed and burnt out. My question is: I've done tonnes of research and these two keep popping up: Phosphatidylserine and CDP-Choline. Which one would be more effective? I know both would be good but I want to keep it simple and just use as little supplementation as possible. Thank you!
A topic that isn't discussed much, or even known is the dark side of neural circuit modification nootropics (NCMN). First and foremost, the mind has an amazing way of protecting itself from traumatic experiences by modifying neural circuits to those painful memories – essentially locking them away deep in the mind. This is a self-preservation and protection mechanism so that such traumatic experiences and painful memories cannot come to the forefront and cause you emotional pain. If you’re taking nootropics for neurogenesis, specifically that repair, rebuild and make new, more efficient neural circuits you may be superseding the brains protection mechanism by creating pathways to past traumatic experiences and memories, unlocking them and releasing them back into the conscience mind.
Which one is better between performance mind lab pro and qualia mind?
Baba u r full power…… full power….
Hey Sir! PLEASE REPLY
I don't use Ritalin or Adderall for my ADHD which I think I should. But before I do go to the doctor I want to try a nootropic stack. Which one will you prefer to treat ADHD, my focus, will power and ect. Mind Lab Pro, Qualia Mind or Qualia Focus?
Lithium Orotate works amazingly well for mood and anxiety, but almost makes me to chilled out and slow.
Very good, and informative!
Where do you buy these?
So are these all different supplements that we should take at once ? Or are they each a nootropic pill ?
Are you affiliated w mind lab? Also are you familiar w any cheaper alternatives stacks?
Wonderful. Thank you for this vedios. Wish the doctors wound have gave my papaw some of this instead of dam anti psycotics. Like dam seruquil. I know I spelled that wrong.

Why are you so red? Is that niacin or a sunburn lol
How about boron supplements (borax)?
Great info Thanks !
I am suffering from OCD, Depression and Anhedonia. Which nootropics stack should I use???
How about Creatine ? Would that be useful ? Thank you
I watched your review of Mind Lab Pro and it looks great. Is there some independent lab review that it contains what it says ? A friend of mine works in the fitness supplement industry and he believes nobody should take nothing unless peer or independent lab reviewed or testing a sample by oneself to a lab nearby though that is costly … but if planning to take it long term it might be worth it … he also says that because of the sup industry being unregulated he has a wild guess that more than half of any supplement does not contain what it says or at a minimum not that dosage
Very cool work ! Q: how about ashwagandha ? Q: silly question but one spoon of coconut oil would not be enough (for me at least) to swallow 3-4 pills at once, or you use a table spoon with water or milk or so ?
Where do I buy aniracetam?
Very well educated but the sound of the volume is bad too low
What would be the perfect stack for Memory, Alertness, Energy, New Cell Formation & Fatigue ?
David, thank you so much! I have already incorporated many of the supplements you recommend, but I have medications I have to take and I also had an RNY gastric bypass 10 years ago, so method of delivery are a primary concern for me. I am struggling with all of the capsules. Of the stacks you recommend, can I break the capsules open and add them to water or oatmeal? I am struggling to come up with a workable schedule to take these on – really struggling. Any feedback you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am considering the stacks you recommended, but I can't reach anyone at Opti to answer my questions.
First, does the body build a tolerance to any of nootropics you discussed that may need to be cycled?
I was diagnosed with CFS/Fibromyalgia 20 years ago and Rhodiola was my 1st nootropic several years ago and i felt like the effects started to diminish after about 4 to 5 months. I then started to cycle it 3 months on then 1 month off to help prevent this. Did I infact build a tolerance? This is also the point when I began to build a stack and added L-Theanine and Ashwagandha. Since then after years of research, specialists, and trial and error my stack now consists of … A highly rated multivitamin, L-Theanine and caffeine, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, B-Complex, Aniracetam, Fish Oil, Rhodiola, CoQ10, vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc, and Creatine. I suppose D3 and Magnesium aren't actually classified as nootropics but if someone is significantly deficient in either one like I was, and research shows many people are (especially in D3), getting those levels up to ideal will definitely feel like taking a powerful nootropic.
I am interested in Mind Lab Pro to get more bang for the buck but I have concerns that the sulbutamine will cause anxiety which has happened in the past when trying a sulbutamine powder by itself.
Your channel is Great!!! Keep up the amazing content sir
Thoughts on Modafinil?
Are any of these good to use for children? Like for anxiety, mood, focus or relaxation. I give my children Omega 3 and a B-complex but sometimes they need a little something extra.
Taurine, small magnesium, Theanine works very well for me. Pine bark and grape seed extract also help. My memory also got boost by doing intermittent fasting, which is a different topic.
finally I can comment, great job David , keep it up.
